This Privacy Policy explains how we at ANC Holdings Group, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") collect, use, share, and protect your information when you use the Sports Buddies™ mobile application, website, and related services (the "App" or "Platform").

1. 👥 Who Can Use Sports Buddies™

Sports Buddies™ is strictly for users 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect or process data from anyone under 18. If we discover a user is underage, we will immediately suspend and delete their account.

When you create a profile or use the App, we collect the following types of information:

• Name, email, password
• Profile photo, age, bio, pronouns (optional)
• Sports played, skill level, interests

b. Location

• City or ZIP code (required for matching)
• GPS-based location (if enabled, for real-time matching and events)

c. Identity Verification (VerifiedPlayer™)

• Government-issued ID (e.g. driver's license or passport)
• Selfie for facial match (optional but required for badge)
• Verification status

⚠️ Submitting ID is optional but required to unlock the VerifiedPlayer™ badge.

d. App Usage & Preferences

• SkillSync™ inputs, preferences, filters, and match behavior
• Stats and peer ratings (ShowScore™)
• In-app chats, feedback, reports (PlaySafe™)
• Device info, OS version, crash logs, screen interactions
