Treat all community members with kindness, respect, and dignity. We celebrate diversity and expect everyone to be inclusive and welcoming.
Maintain good sportsmanship in all interactions. Play by the rules, be honest about your skill level, and support your teammates.
Prioritize safety in all activities. Follow proper warm-up routines, use appropriate equipment, and respect physical boundaries.
Be clear and honest in your communications. Respond promptly to messages and provide accurate information about your availability.
Show up when you commit to activities. If you need to cancel, give as much notice as possible and communicate clearly.
Encourage and support your fellow athletes. Celebrate achievements, offer constructive feedback, and help create a positive atmosphere.
